Refund policy

At PrintArtMe, all of our products are custom-made to order. Because each item is personalised and produced specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

  • Arrives faulty or damaged
  • Is significantly different from what was described or shown
  • Does not do what it is supposed to do

If your order arrives with a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@printartme.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet commenced. Once production begins (typically within 1–2 business days), cancellations cannot be accepted.
