Production time

All PrintArtMe products are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Shipping rates (Australia)

  • Standard shipping start from $11.95 (Dependant on parcel weight)
  • Free shipping on orders over $180

We currently ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@printartme.com.au with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
